730. was the online brand of Daaf Bleumink, an independent developer who focuses on web development.
I was asked to develop an online identity through a logotype and website. The challenge was to reflect Daaf's personality through a modern design style. We achieved this by using a sans serif typeface with a distinct geometric feel, yet looking friendly due to the rounded corners. We used simple color planes with sharp corners to add contrast to the typeface to achieve a minimal but personal character.
